Week3

We begin preparing you to standout with Professional Development and Customer Engagement because success isn’t just about the physical work it’s in the relationships. Then we focus on Compressors, Heating, HVAC Maintenance, and Metering Devices.

Week4

The last week is all about Refrigerants, Leak Detection, Evacuation, Recovering/Charging, and more Professional Development - resume building, interview skills, etc. But before graduation we do a day in the field putting your training to use serving.

Graduation

Our mission doesn’t end with a piece of paper. We round up some of the best HVAC tradesmen in our area and bring them in to meet you, see the program, and talk shop. Think of it like Networking 101 but more fun with food and leads to an interview.
