Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By completing a purchase on this site, the purchasing parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following on behalf of all participating students:

Activities at VoSKILL involve the use of tools and building materials that carry inherent risks, including cuts, splinters, pinches, bruises, and other potential injuries. VoSKILL LLC prioritizes safety but cannot eliminate all risks.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. I release, waive, and hold harmless VoSKILL LLC, its owners, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, or property damage arising from participation. I agree to indemnify VoSKILL LLC against any claims brought by or on behalf of myself or any participant covered by this purchase. I certify that I am the legal parent or guardian of all minor participants covered by this purchase.

Media Consent & Release

VoSKILL workshops occur in an open and active environment where photographs and video recordings may be taken during activities. By completing a purchase, I grant VoSKILL LLC permission to photograph and record participants and to use those images or recordings in social media, advertising, marketing materials, websites, and other lawful promotional purposes without compensation. I understand that participant names will not be publicly shared without additional consent. I release VoSKILL LLC from any claims related to the use of such photographs or recordings.

Emergency Authorization

I authorize VoSKILL LLC staff to seek emergency medical treatment for my child in the event I cannot be reached. I understand VoSKILL will make every reasonable effort to contact me first.

This agreement applies to all students listed in the associated order and all future orders made from this account.
